The Hamptons were ablaze this weekend with almost every single heavy hitter in the industry in town for Russell’s Art For Life charity event.
But elsewhere in the Hamptons, the ink was drying on the $400,000 a month rental agreement for the house that Beyonce, Jay-Z and Blue Ivy will be kicking it in for the month of August.
According to The New York Post, the pair and their new baby girl are renting a 31,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton — known as the Sandcastle.
The location is said to have some serious digs that include a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, skateboard half-pipe, a rock-climbing wall, a full bar and recording studio, perfect for the king and queen of the music industry.

It also boasts a 60-foot heated pool with an underwater stereo system, a tennis court, a spa facility with gym and a combination squash, racquetball and basketball court with moving walls and retractable hoop — plus an eight-car garage.
The house is on the market for a staggering $43 million, but Bey and Jay are just looking for a little summer fun.
Sounds like a lavish end of summer getaway indeed.

Rihanna texts Chris Brown; with SEXY pics!!!!
Rihanna and Chris Brown were certainly living it up in St. Tropez!
According to new details, the Talk That Talk singer jumped for joy when she learned that Chris was nearby in the French vacation spot, and that’s when she sent Breezy three sexy text messages asking him to help her pick out her outfits.
Judging from what RiRi wore while she was on vacation, those pictures must have been sexy as all H-E-double-hockey sticks.
A friend told Look magazine that Rihanna was “jumping up and down” when she realized he was in France, and apparently “sent three outfits via text so he could pick what she wore.” After returning from her alleged late-night date with Chris, Rihanna was described as being “on cloud nine.”
Look Magazine reports that the couple enjoyed champagne and things were just like old times.
“The sun came up, they had breakfast on deck – where they looked happy – and then Chris went back to the yacht,” the crewmember revealed.
According to a friend of Rihanna’s, she has “given up caring what people think” because “she won’t stop loving him.”
As we learn more about Rihanna and Chris’ secret rendezvous, it continues to be just a matter of time before these two lovebirds make it official. But what’s going to happen to Karrueche?

Katherine Jackson is PISSED!!!!
Katherine Jackson had no idea Randy planned a failed coup of Michael Jackson’s estate while she was away for nine days.
The “vacation” ultimately jeopardized Mama Jackson’s guardianship of Paris, Prince and Blanket, and now she’s furious!
“Katherine was completely unaware that Randy had orchestrated his siblings signing a letter sent to the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate demanding their immediate resignation.
“Now that Katherine has been home for a few days, she recognizes that Randy was the one that planned this, and she is absolutely furious for him doing so,” a source told RadarOnline.
They also cite that Katherine never had a stroke, and while she’s angry at the failed planned takeover of Michael Jackson’s estate, she would never come out publicly against her kids.
It looks like the family is listening to LaToya’s bid for privacy and trying to keep a few things internal for a change. The source continues:
“Katherine is extremely upset and disappointed in Randy’s actions that have brought so much unwanted chaos into all of their lives,” the source added. Saying the Mama Jackson, “specifically told Randy that if he wants to pursue this ridiculous claim that Michael’s will is fake, to remain quiet about it. If Randy does find evidence, which Katherine knows is very unlikely to happen, to take it to court and not play it out the in press.”
This whole thing has been a series of unfortunate events and an extremely embarrassing black eye for the Jackson family. Let’s hope they can settle their differences and get back to loving one another!

IT’S OFFICIAL… Chris Tucker signs on for “Last Friday”!!!!
While reading one of the nets hottest blogs, look what I stumbled upon…
Ice Cube got fans excited late last year, when he revealed that he was planning a new film in his classic Friday film series … and was reaching out to all the original cast, including Chris Tucker.
At the time, things were in the planning stages. However, in March, Cube revealed that the develop of the fourth film was moving along, but there was one snag, Chris Tucker was still unconfirmed. The rapper said he and Tucker had conversations about him reprising the role of “Smokey,” but he was not confirmed….
This week, AllHipHop.com posted a photo of Cube and Tucker together, reporting confirmation from the rap legend that Tucker is officially on-board and a new Friday film is in the works.
Fans have been waiting for years to see the pair reunite on screen, ever since they lit up the box office in the 1995 original. Since the first film, Tucker had been absent from its two sequels, 2000’s Next Friday and 2002’s Friday After Next.
Further details were unknown at press time. Stay tuned…
